  4 Simple Steps

1. Description text
   An RFP is submitted using a standard template and published on our platform (click to check the example). The RFP Includes budget, timelines, max nr of awarded proposals, requirements, and more. Each RFP has an owner and and optionally team members that will help select the proposals.
2. Open for proposals
   Teams can use our multistep flow to describe the details of their proposal, define milestones and related budgets, allocate and invite team members, and submit. NB: submission details are ONLY visible to the RFP owner and team. The rest of the community will only see the title, summary, and proposer.
3. Internal review
   The RFP team will assess the proposals and can do one of 3 things: Extend the submission period (when there insufficient proposals), select and award a winner or select a shortlist of proposals that will go to the next stage.
4. Feedback and selection
   The public shortlist is open for feedback and questions from the wider community. The Deep Funding Community experts can make the final decision on the awarded proposal(s).
